Hi Silviu - Thanks for letting us know about this issue. I took a peek at drivers.razersuppport.com, and am curious which drivers you had attempted to download? The latest drivers I saw for the 'Razer Orochi' were from 2011, and a different set of drivers for a 'Orochi 2013', which appear to be packaged with a bundle called 'Razer Synapse 2.0', from 2013. Can you point me at the drivers you were attempting to use, as that would assist in finding any information we might've logged about those devices.

If you look at Device Manager (right-click on the Start Button and choose Device Manager), and look under the Bluetooth node, what does the listing for that Mouse say? My guess is that it may be a generic-looking listing referring to the mouse, which would explain why you have some functionality, but not all. Thanks, Michael. I don't think it's the bluetooth. I have the same issues, with a Razer Naga which has a cord. But the only place it shows up is in the official Windows apps (Edge, Explorer windows).

Chrome, Firefox, and Steam, for instance, all work fine. Edit: However, I just tried it out with a normal HID mouse, and the scroll doesn't work with that either. I don't know how this isn't causing more of an outroar if it happens with 'normal' mice as well. Maybe I just coincidentally have two mice that both have the same problem though.

It took me forever to figure out what was wrong. Before I installed Win 10 on the current SSD, I had another 180 GB SSD on which I had Windows 8. Epson 3170 Driver Windows 10 more. 1 My Orochi was paired on that installation and apparently it has some sort of memory that keeps track of what machine is paired with. So what happened was, because my Bluetooth MAC was the same, the Orochi was trying to pair with settings that were applicable to my previous installation of Windows 8.1. Which in turn confused my new Windows 10 installation and made the pairing impossible. So I replaced my SSD with the old one, booted into Windows, unpaired my Orochi there.

Put my new SSD back in, attempted to pair and what do you know. This time it worked. Crazy if you ask me. Scroll is working fine now btw.
