Hid Compliant Consumer Control Device Driver Windows 10

Hi, I have been getting a variety of BSOD's and one of the things I am looking at are duplicate devices/drivers. I have a MS Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 and the 7000 keyboard. I have listed 13 of HID compliant consumer control devices in device manager.

I uninstall from the bottom up all but two and the keyboard/mouse still work. If I uninstall the last two, the keyboard/mouse no longer work and I have to plug in an old USB Logitech mouse which gets loaded so I can shut down the PC. On startup the mouse/KB works, but promptly a install dialog comes up to install the bluetooth mouse/KB. By this time I go and have a look what is installed (device manager) and there are 7 HID compliant consumer control devices installed. So when I push the button on the mouse to make the bluetooth connection, it gets connected but I can see that another HID compliant consumer control device gets installed. Same with the keyboard.

I finish up with 13 of them. I have all the updates and service pack 2. It tells me that there are no new drivers for the mouse/keyboard. I have tried to use Norton Utilities to clean the registry. Epson Perfection 2400 Scanner Driver Windows 10.

I wish that I had written down all the BSOD errors. The last one was 0x19. Hp Wireless Driver Windows 10 more. I had IRQ not less or equal 0x0A. I had BSOD page fault in nonpaged area 0x50. Is there a program that finds driver problems or interprets OS stops.
